What type of services do you offer?
We offer various services such as website design, website re-design, hosting and domain setup, seo submission, site maintenance, flyers and business cards. Please check our website and facebook page for any updates or changes.
What is your cost for website design?
Our cost varies, depending on the type of service you need or the type of website you desire. We start with package prices for general needs but a consultation, or an information request form, maybe needed in order to give you an accurate quote.
Where are you located?
Our company is currently headquartered in Columbus, Georgia. However, due to the type of services we offer, we can service clients nationwide and from any location. Please schedule an appointment if you need to setup a virtual meeting.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you have an inquiry or request on non-working days, please send an email or you can call and leave a message. You will receive a response withing 24 to 48 business hours.
How does the process works?
First, we setup a free 15 minute phone call to listen to your goals for your website and see if we are a good fit for your project. If so, we’ll then schedule a paid Consultation to discuss your website in more detail. Once you have locked on our services, we will guide you step by step through agreeing to our terms, making your initial payment and retrieving all of your website content and information. We will contact you again during mid-way of the project to get your approval on the initial design. After you approve, we will complete your site and consult with you before final approval and release.
How can I connect with you?
If you have general questions about our services, please feel free to connect with us through our Facebook Business page, by email, phone or by using the contact form on our website connect page. Please do not send messages through any personal social media accounts as they are not checked in a timely manner. You will receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours. In addition, if you have not heard back from us after 48 business hours, please check your method of communication and reach out to us via our business avenues. WE DO NOT RESPOND TO TEXT MESSAGES.
Can I meet with you?
Should you need to meet, a 30 minute phone or web consultation can be scheduled. Please schedule at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $50 non-refundable fee due at the time of scheduling general consults and a $100 non-refundable fee for scheduling web consultations. Our time is valuable and we must be compensated for our time. As a courtesy, the $100 web consultation fee will be applied toward your website balance should you purchase our services within 30 days of the web consultation.
What if I’m not happy with my site?
We guarantee quality work and quality services. If for any reason you are unhappy with your design, we will work patiently with you to reach customer satisfaction, according to the terms of our agreement. We offer up to two design revisions at no additional cost, per contract agreement. Remember, our time is very valuable and we must be compensated for our time and work. Our overall goal is to see our customers happy and to keep our customers coming back. We strive for customer satisfaction.
How do I request your services?
To request services, please fill out the website inquiry form online, or email info@dreamwisewebsolutions.com, or call (813) 324 – 5943. A website service request form can also be emailed to you upon request.
How soon can my website be up and running?
Once we receive all of your web content, signed agreement and deposit, and everything needed to build your site, we will begin. Currently, we have a two week turnaround policy. Please allow time for turnaround.
